Stirling Shirah

Stirling Shirah, MD, has extensive experience in hospitalist medicine and medical leadership, currently serving as a Physician and President at Hospitalist Services of Alabama since July 2015, while also holding the position of Physician Advisor at Brookwood Baptist Health. Additional roles include Medical Director at Aspire Physical Recovery Center and previously at ExpectCare. Stirling Shirah completed advanced training in Internal Medicine at Baptist Medical Centers, where the roles included Chief Resident, and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2012, Stirling Shirah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University.
