Tim Fleming

Tim Fleming is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in primary and urgent care across various settings. Currently serving as a Primary Care Provider at Brookwood Baptist Health since November 2023, Tim previously worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at TrustCare Health, providing care to the Birmingham community. Tim has held significant roles, including managing palliative care patients at Aspire Health, inc. and overseeing operations for medical staff at NaphCare, Inc. Previous experience also includes conducting health risk assessments at UnitedHealth Group and instructing graduate nursing students at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Tim has a solid educational foundation supporting a distinguished career in nursing and healthcare leadership, including service in the U.S. Navy.
