Cathy Smith

Cathy Smith has an extensive background in leadership and coaching within sports and community organizations. Serving as President of the Board of Directors at Brookwood Community Farm Inc. since 2017, Cathy has effectively organized and promoted various fundraising events. Previous experience includes co-directing the Milton Youth Lacrosse Board of Directors from 2009 to January 2020, where responsibilities encompassed coach training, scheduling, and uniform management. Additionally, Cathy has held coaching positions at Milton High School, serving as a JV girls lacrosse coach and a freshman girls soccer coach over multiple seasons. Academically, Cathy holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Exercise Science from Ithaca College.
