Rodrigo Bustamante

Rodrigo Bustamante has worked in the legal field for over 17 years. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Procurador at Portaluppi Guzman & Beznilla. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as an Abogado Asociado at Grasty Quintana Majlis & Cia., where they developed work related to mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate, and immigration. In 2013, they became the Co-founder and Chief Legal Officer of tutanda. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at FS Abogados as a Socio, providing advice and collaboration to fintech companies in matters related to innovation, e-commerce, research, privacy, and information security. Rodrigo also worked as the Chief Legal Officer of Broota.com, a digital equity crowdfunding platform with more than 15 startups funded in Chile. Finally, they are currently working as a Fiscal at \u00dcin.

Rodrigo Bustamante received their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2005, after having studied Law from 2000 to 2002. Rodrigo then went on to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, graduating in 2013 with a focus on Start Up, Venture Capital, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
