Martin Lee is an experienced Director at Own Consulting Company, currently contracting with Bros&Co since October 2021. Previously, Martin held the position of Lead UX Designer at HSBC from April 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included creating premium digital experiences for Private Banking clients and redesigning internal systems. Martin has also served as Lead UX Designer at Legal & General and Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, and as Lead UX Architect at DWS Group and British Gas, focusing on enhancing user experiences and introducing design thinking. Martin's earlier roles included UX Architect positions at Monitise and Spinnaker London. Martin earned a degree in Multimedia Technology and Design from The University of Kent between 2002 and 2006.
