Lauren McColl

Lauren McColl has over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Brother UK Ltd since January 2019, Lauren has previously held roles including HR Manager at Great Places Housing Group and various HR positions at LF Europe, Mouchel, Agilisys, and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Lauren's early career included a brief stint as a Data Analyst at Cable and Wireless. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Neurolinguistics Programming from the Growth Company, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Tameside College, and various certifications from Tameside College and Hyde Clarendon College, underpinned by a strong foundation in ICT from Egerton Park Arts College.
