Daryl Pannabecker joined Brotherhood Mutual in 1985 as a programmer. He was promoted to programmer analyst in 1988, to senior programmer analyst in 1993, and to assistant vice president of information systems in 1995. He became vice president of information systems in 1996.
Pannabecker is a graduate of Bethel College with a degree in computer science and earned his CPCU designation in 1995. He has served on the board of trustees for both Bethel College and A Hope Center. He and his family attend Pathway Community Church.
