Dustin Grogg joined Brotherhood Mutual in 2016 as the director of underwriting, product quality and development. Before coming to Brotherhood Mutual, he held leadership roles in sales and underwriting for Protective Insurance Company in Carmel, Indiana. He assumed his current responsibilities in February 2020.
Grogg is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in management with concentrations in finance and marketing. He earned his CPCU designation in 2014 and also holds ARM and ARe designations. He and his family attend Emmanuel Community Church in Fort Wayne.
