Sophia Kalderen is an experienced professional in the fashion industry with a substantial background in buying, production management, and sustainability. Currently serving as Production Manager and Sustainability and Quality Manager at Brothers AB since May 2021, Sophia previously held various strategic roles at H&M from February 1999 to November 2021, including Buying Strategist and Senior Buyer for the Men's assortment. Early career experience includes work as a Buyer and Vice Store Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren and as a Retail Store Salesman at JC.
