Juan Carlos Rodriguez

Juan Carlos Rodriguez has worked in various HR and management roles throughout their career. Juan Carlos most recently served as the Head of Human Resources and Risk Management at Brothers International Desserts since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of People Services (HR) at WKS Restaurant Group from June 2017 to October 2021. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources - Business Partner at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. from April 2015 to June 2017, and as a Human Resources Director at Frontier Communities from February 2014 to April 2015. Juan also served as a Human Resources Manager at Bodega Latina Corp, dba El Super from October 2009 to February 2014, and as an HR Manager at National Stores Inc. from May 2004 to October 2009.
