Raz Belisha

Raz Belisha currently serves as People Development Manager at Brothers for Life - Achim La'Chaim and as Career Consultant at Analiza Education Center, both positions held since January 2024. Previously, Raz was the Head of Career Center at Aharai !אחריי from April 2023 to January 2024 and worked as a Career Programs Operations Specialist at GrowthSpace from December 2021 to January 2023. Raz began a career in the field of career development at Brothers For Life, serving as Career Programs Manager from January 2018 to October 2021. Before entering the civilian workforce, Raz served in the Israel Defense Forces from 2012 to 2015 as a Fighter and Commander in the K-9 Unit, training both fighters and trainees. Educationally, Raz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Marketing from Ono Academic College, earned between 2017 and 2020.
