Karen de Voecht

Karen De Voecht has a diverse background in education and health consultation, currently serving as the directeur basisonderwijs at Broeders van Liefde since August 2023. With extensive experience as a zelfstandige since 2008, specializing as a gezondheidsconsulente, massage therapist, and life coach, Karen has also taught therapeutic programs at Centrum Voor Avondonderwijs from August 2018 to August 2023. Previous roles include leraar opvoedkunde at Atheneum Hoboken and directeur at GO!KS Het Notendopje. Karen has demonstrated commitment to student guidance in positions such as leerlingbegeleiding at Atheneum Hoboken and directing at BSGO Het Laerhof. An educator since 2001, Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gezondheid-biologie and lichamelijke opvoeding from Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool Antwerpen, completed in 1996.
