Melissa Maney

Melissa Maney has extensive experience in social services and insurance, currently serving as Admissions Screener and Director of Social Services at Brothers of Mercy Campus since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the psychosocial needs of residents and supervising social work staff. Previously, Melissa worked as a United Health Care Agent at United Healthcare Medicare Solutions from September 2016 to September 2020, assisting consumers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage. Melissa's career began as an Insurance Agent at Mutual of Omaha from August 2015 to February 2017, and Melissa is licensed to practice insurance in New York. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Health and Mental Health from the University at Buffalo Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology from St. John Fisher College.
