Dinecia Sterling

Dinecia Sterling is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in student orientation, academic coaching, and student success initiatives. Since January 2016, Dinecia has served as the Lead New Student Orientation Coordinator at Broward College, overseeing a team of 15 part-time student orientation team members and student ambassadors. Previous roles include New Student Orientation Coordinator at Broward College, ACES Academic Coach at Montgomery College, and Assistant Director of Advising and Student Success at Capitol College, where Dinecia implemented various academic programs and provided guidance to students. Dinecia's earlier experience includes counseling at SUNY Fredonia and teaching English in France. Dinecia holds a Master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Adolescence Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
