Lisa Elsinger

Lisa Elsinger, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Director of Workplace Wellness at Broward College, where initiatives focus on fostering health and well-being in a diverse organizational environment. In addition to this role, Lisa is an Adjunct Faculty member at UW - Madison, teaching a course on adult learning within the Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis department. With extensive experience in health promotion, Lisa has held positions as a Fitness Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at YMCA of the USA since 2000, and previously managed health promotion efforts at Dean Health Plan, contributing to the expansion of wellness programs. Lisa's background includes planning continuing legal education seminars at the State Bar of Wisconsin and conducting medical education research at UW Madison. Educationally, Lisa holds a PhD in Adult Education and Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Education in Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
