Lanedra Johnson

LaNedra Johnson, Ed.S, has been an impactful leader in education since May 2004, currently serving as a District-based Classroom Management & Behavior Support Instructional Facilitator at Broward County Public Schools. In this role, LaNedra coaches teachers to enhance classroom management strategies, conducts classroom observations, and facilitates reflective feedback. Additionally, LaNedra has experience as a School-based Educator, focusing on data analysis and instructional recommendations. Since May 2020, LaNedra has also contributed as an AI Prompt Engineer and Lead Trainer for Teaching Queen Collective, LLC, where responsibilities include creating diverse content and conducting digital design training. Previous work includes content design for Keys to Women's Wellness and instructional design for Education Modified. LaNedra holds an Educational Specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's from American InterContinental University, and a Bachelor of Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
