Cindy Rodriguez RN, MSN has extensive nursing leadership experience, currently serving as the PAT/SDS, PACU, and Endoscopy Nurse Manager at Broward Health since December 2023. Prior roles include Surgical Services Nurse Manager and Interim OR Director at Coral Gables Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024, and Registered Nurse at Aventura Hospital & Medical Center from July 2019 to January 2024. Cindy also worked as a Registered Nurse at the University of Miami from April 2019 to April 2020. Academically, Cindy holds a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Barry University.
