Danny Casalins

Danny Casalins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in clinical and acute applications management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Acute and Clinical Applications at Broward Health since August 2020, Danny previously held roles at Augusta University, including Director and Manager of Clinical Applications, from April 2019 to August 2020. Danny's career includes significant contributions at Cerner Corporation from November 2011 to December 2019 as a Sr. Solutions Architect/Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed project implementation, team communication, and change control management. Earlier experience includes roles as Engagement Leader and Engagement Controller, supporting healthcare organizations with project management and financial oversight. Danny earned a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Florida between 2007 and 2009, and has a foundational background in Management Information Systems from the University of Miami from June 2000 to April 2005.
