Randy Montalvo has extensive experience in management and graphic design, currently serving as the Service Manager at Broward Motorsports since March 2019. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of General Manager at Craft on 14 from January 2017 to March 2019 and worked as a Graphic Designer at Best Name Badges from February 2014 to February 2019. Additionally, Randy gained experience as a Training Specialist at Olive Garden between February 2010 and February 2012. Randy's educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida and an Associate's degree in the same field from Santa Fe College, complemented by a high school diploma from Cypress Bay High School.

Broward Motorsports was founded in 2002 by Sam Nehme. We began to expand in 2007 when we purchased our Palm Beach location and then continued in 2010 with our Fort Lauderdale location, 2017 with our Tequesta location, and 2018 with our Hobe Sound location. This brings us to where we are today with 5 dealerships, a Yamaha Factory Race Team, and a Cycling division of our business.
