Maunika Patel

Maunika Patel is an accomplished public health professional currently serving as an HIV Health Planner at Broward Regional Health Planning Council, Inc. since November 2022. Previous roles include Public Health Advisor with Loyal Source Government Services for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from November 2020 to June 2023, and Public Health Advisor with Caduceus Healthcare Inc. for the CDC from April 2020 to October 2020, where responsibilities involved conducting entry screenings and providing travelers with essential health information. Maunika’s experience also encompasses a role as Health and Wellness Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA at Metropolitan Ministries, where efforts focused on improving access to health services for homeless residents. Maunika holds a Master of Public Health from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
