Andrea Ayres

Andrea Ayres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in family office management, real estate, and educational advisory roles. Currently serving as Partner and Director of Family Office at Brown Advisory since November 2018, Andrea focuses on developing coordinated solutions for families. Prior experience includes managing tenant relationships at XQZ Real Estate, and serving as Director at Signature Family Wealth Advisors. Previous roles also encompass regional educational advising at Aristotle Circle and founding Splendora's Gelato, a gelateria and café in Charlottesville, Virginia. Andrea's early career included positions as an associate at BNY Mellon and GE Capital, as well as teaching English through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics and Japanese from Bates College.
