Doug is a director of Brown Advisory Incorporated. He is a member of the advisory board of Audiience, a start-up data science company. Doug was previously a member of Allianz Global Investors Global Executive Committee for 14 years where he was the firm’s CEO of Asia Pacific and then CEO of US prior to his retirement in June 2020. Prior to joining Allianz Global Investors, he spent 19 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he had several positions including Chief Executive of JF Funds Ltd., as a pan-Asian and Greater China investment manager, and as an Asian equity analyst. He has served on the board of the Investment Company Institute, as a member of the advisory committee and the Appeals Tribunal of the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission, and as the vice-chair of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association. In addition, Doug was a governor and board chair of the Chinese International School in Hong Kong. Doug has an A.B. in economics from Vassar College and an M.S.c. in Business Studies from the London Business School. He has served on Vassar’s President’s Advisory Council and the President’s International Advisory Council.
