Lindsay Horne

Lindsay Horne, MPA, currently serves as a Fixed Income Research Analyst in Sustainable Investing at Brown Advisory since February 2023. Previously, Lindsay held roles as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at Fitch Ratings from September 2019 to February 2023, and contributed as a Venture Scout for Level Up Ventures, a Hearst-led initiative supporting Black and Latinx entrepreneurs in the tech startup space. Additional experience includes positions as a Program Assistant in the Office of Student Affairs at Columbia | SIPA, a Graduate Consultant at the Global Reporting Initiative, Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, Data Analyst Summer Intern at Fraym, and Volunteer Coordinator Intern for Smart Cities New York. Lindsay's earlier roles include being a Team Lead with AmeriCorps NCCC and serving as an English Language Facilitator with the Peace Corps. Academically, Lindsay earned a Master of Public Administration focusing on Development Practice and Sustainable Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Binghamton University.
