Virginia Oursler

Virginia Oursler is currently a Private Equity Analyst at Brown Advisory since August 2023, previously serving as an Investment Management Summer Analyst at the same firm in summer 2022. Virginia has an extensive background in athletics, highlighted by a four-year tenure as a Division I Women's Lacrosse player at Duke University, where Virginia managed rigorous training while excelling academically. Leadership roles include serving as the Head Lacrosse Coach at TLC Lacrosse Club and holding various positions such as Peer Tutor and Vice President of the Athletic Association at The Bryn Mawr School. Virginia also engaged in community service initiatives and educational programs, notably as President of the One Love Foundation at The Bryn Mawr School, promoting awareness of healthy relationships. Virginia earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance concentration and a minor in History from Duke University.
