Abby Butt

Abby Butt, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Brown and Caldwell since August 2023. Previously, Abby worked as a Leadership Business Partner at FLSmidth from November 2022 to August 2023, following the acquisition of tk Mining Technologies. Prior experience includes roles at thyssenkrupp, where Abby held the positions of Regional Head of HR North America and HR Business Partner/Learning & Development Manager from June 2018 to November 2022. Abby also contributed to Kiewit as a Talent Development Lead, Learning Specialist, and HR Generalist between August 2012 and June 2018. Abby Butt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, attending from 2008 to 2011, and previously studied at Northern Arizona University from 2006 to 2008.
