Andrew D. Tran, PE, is an experienced Environmental Engineering Professional currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Brown and Caldwell since August 2014. Previously, Andrew worked at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, where positions included Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer, engaging in project planning, budget management, and hydrology studies. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Worker at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, assisting with pilot scale tests for odor control and water reuse, as well as a Research Intern position at UC Berkeley Seismology Lab, focusing on data collection and analysis.
