Andrew D. Tran, PE, is an experienced Environmental Engineering Professional currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Brown and Caldwell since August 2014. Previously, Andrew worked at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, where positions included Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer, engaging in project planning, budget management, and hydrology studies.
