Andrew Fugal

Andrew Fugal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and software engineering. Currently serving as the National Specialty Leader for Master Planning and Modeling at Brown and Caldwell, Andrew has previously held the position of Civil Engineer at MWH and Software Engineer at EMRL. Andrew holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from Brigham Young University, where studies were completed between 1992 and 2001.
