David McEwen

David McEwen is a Senior Expert in Environmental Engineering at Brown and Caldwell since May 2008, specializing in odor control planning and design for municipal and private industry clients. Prior experience includes serving as the Environmental Engineer and Water Business Group Leader at CH2M HILL from May 1997 to May 2008, where responsibilities encompassed water/wastewater group leadership, project management, and environmental planning. Earlier in the career, McEwen worked as a Civil Engineer at Engineering Methods and Applications, focusing on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for flood insurance studies in Florida. McEwen holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida, attained between 1988 and 1995.
