Dwain Loughney

Dwain Loughney is a Senior Civil Designer with extensive experience in civil design and drafting. Currently, Dwain works at Brown and Caldwell since May 2023, having previously held the same title at Carollo Engineers from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Civil Design Technician at Water Works Engineers and BIM Drafter at RM Mechanical, Inc. Dwain has also served as CAD/BIM Lead at Ei-CAD, Designer at HECO Engineers, and has gained experience in various drafting positions, including with Idaho Power and the City of Caldwell. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute.
