Faithe Gorman-Smith

Faithe Gorman-Smith serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Brown and Caldwell since March 2019, overseeing the communication strategy for executive-level internal communications and enhancing employee engagement through innovative messaging. Prior to this role, Gorman-Smith was the Director of Corporate Communications at CoorsTek, Inc., managing global communications activities for the company. Gorman-Smith has also held significant positions at MWH, now part of Stantec, including Vice President of Marketing and Communications, where responsibilities included strategic branding and marketing. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce and various marketing and business development roles throughout her career in the engineering and corporate sectors.
