Frank Foote

Frank Foote is an experienced electrical and design engineering professional with a robust background in power distribution, electrical system design, and hands-on installation. Currently serving as a Senior Designer and Power System Study Tech at BC since April 2010, Frank also holds roles as Associate Electrical Engineer and Senior Lead Electrical Designer at Brown and Caldwell, focusing on electrical and instrumentation systems for water and wastewater facilities. Prior experience includes working as a Journeyman Electrician for IBEW 640, a Foreman at Rosendin Electric, and a Special Purpose Vehicle Mechanic in the United States Air Force. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arizona State University, completed between 2013 and 2020, and has undergone further education through IBEW/NJATC from 1998 to 2002.
