Jennifer Border

Jennifer Border is a seasoned professional in air quality and engineering with extensive experience in various roles, including Senior Air Specialist at Brown and Caldwell and Associate Air Quality Engineer at Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District. Jennifer has also served as an Associate Civil Engineer for the City of Davis and held project engineering positions at CDM and Black & Veatch. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and has further educational credentials from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
