John P. Semper

John P. Semper, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP, currently serves as the Managing Engineer and Local Leader of the San Diego Office at Brown and Caldwell since March 2015, where responsibilities include leading project execution and organizing client-focused teams. Previously, John held the position of Associate at Greeley and Hansen from January 2011 to February 2015, focusing on client needs and project delivery. John’s earlier experience includes a role as Principal Engineer and Project Manager at Nova Consulting from July 2000 to January 2011, overseeing technical leads in comprehensive design packages and engineering analyses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Florida International University.
