Jon Holland

Jon Holland has over 38 years of experience in engineering and project management, primarily in the water and wastewater sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project/Program Manager and Vice President at Brown and Caldwell since September 1999, Jon has successfully guided significant capital improvement projects with budgets ranging from $100M to $2B, leading large multi-disciplinary teams to achieve on-time and under-budget outcomes. Previously, as Engineering Manager and Civil Engineer for the City of Tacoma from July 1985 to September 1999, Jon managed planning, design, and construction efforts related to a vast wastewater system, including extensive coordination across multiple agencies and divisions. Jon holds both a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
