Kevin Yao is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Brown and Caldwell since July 2024, Kevin has previously held roles such as Senior Engineer at Palmdale Water District, where leadership was demonstrated in the Palmdale Ditch Conversion Project, and Design Lead at GEI Consultants, Inc., overseeing significant inspection and design projects such as the San Gabriel Dam Sluiceway and Main Outlet Inspection.
