Scott Hall is an experienced engineering professional specializing in water and wastewater management. Currently serving as the National Practice Leader for Process Mechanical Design and Managing Principal at Brown and Caldwell since December 2018, Scott has previously held the position of Senior Engineer at Tetra Tech from January 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included project management and business development for municipal clients. Prior to this, Scott spent over two decades at Brown and Caldwell in various technical and project management roles, focusing on the design of pumping systems and treatment system hydraulics for both municipal and industrial clients. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained in 1996.
