Stephanie Caiati

Stephanie Caiati is an experienced professional in health and safety management, currently serving as the Director of Health and Safety Programs and National Specialty Leader at Brown and Caldwell since May 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Director of Environmental Health Safety at Dollar Tree Stores from June 2015 to May 2021, overseeing compliance and safety operations across over 15,600 stores and 27 distribution centers in the US and Canada. Stephanie also served as Director of Environmental Health Safety at Rite Aid for a decade, where strategic plans were developed to enhance safety programs and reduce liabilities.
