Stephen Anderson

Stephen Anderson has over three decades of experience in engineering and management, specializing in water resources and design services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Strategy at Brown and Caldwell since October 2002, Stephen has held various leadership roles including One Water Leader and Western Business Unit Manager. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager at Ubermind and Program Manager at Greatergood.com. Early career experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Woodward-Clyde and Surface Water Engineer at King County. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Not-For-Profit Leadership from Seattle University and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
