Stuart Henshall

Stuart Henshall is a seasoned financial executive with extensive leadership experience in the engineering and design sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Brown and Caldwell since August 2025, Henshall previously held key roles at AECOM, including SVP and US West Region Finance Director, where leadership was provided for finance functions in a $2.5 billion business. Additional roles at AECOM included Vice President of Operational Projects and Regional Operations Director for Victoria & South Australia, focusing on operational efficiency and quality. Prior experience includes serving as Support Services Director at BHM International Group Ltd, implementing business infrastructure, and Commercial Manager at Jacobs, where growth strategies for the ANZ Asset Management business were developed. Henshall holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School and is a Certified Associate in Asset Management.
