Thomas Carroll

Thomas Carroll is a Principal Information Technology Consultant at Brown and Caldwell since June 2021, specializing in GIS, data architecture, and data visualization. Previously, Thomas worked at Emerson Automation Solutions as a Project Engineer and Senior Project Analyst, focusing on software product management and pipeline risk assessment.
