Will Quantz

Will Quantz serves as Vice President and Operational Performance Leader at Brown and Caldwell since December 2016, spearheading initiatives to enhance business performance and deliver greater value to clients and employee-owners. Previously, Will held the role of Vice President and Senior Director of Growth and Strategy for the West Business Unit, overseeing strategy and sales across various geographies including the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. Will's career at Brown and Caldwell also includes positions such as Director of Marketing and National Strategic Pursuit Leader, where marketing campaigns and strategic pursuits were successfully led. Will's educational background features an Executive Master of Business Administration in progress at the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same institution, and a certificate from the Executive Development Program at the UW Foster School of Business.
