Randall Wunder-Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Randall started their career as an Instructional Analyst at Collegis, where they trained faculty at multiple colleges and universities on the use of online course platforms. Randall then joined Rasmussen College, where they held several director-level positions focused on faculty training and development, instructional quality development, and online instruction. Randall also worked as a Writer Intern at BrightHouse, A BCG Company. Later on, they joined Trader Joe's as a Crew Member before transitioning to Brown Bag Marketing. At Brown Bag Marketing, Randall held roles as a Copywriter, Senior Copywriter, and currently serves as the Associate Creative Director.

Randall Wunder-Smith began their education journey in 1989, attending Auburn University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Randall successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1993. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in English Literature at Auburn University, graduating in 1996.

After completing their master's degree, Wunder-Smith enrolled in the PhD program in 18th-Century English Literature at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Although they did not complete the program, they made significant progress and was designated as "ABD" (All But Dissertation) until 2002.

In 2017, they decided to shift their career path and attended The Creative Circus. During this period, they focused on developing their skills in copywriting.
