Joe Shortal

Joe leads client relations and business development in our western and southwestern region. He and his team deliver customized solutions and advice for leave, integrated disability, paid time off, life insurance, dental, voluntary benefits and benefits administration. He also serves as a liaison to senior leadership in the vendor community, ensuring the market's solutions meet the unique and evolving needs of Pacific Resources' customers.

Joe joined Pacific resources in 2010. Prior to joining our team, he served as vice president of national accounts for Cigna. He has over 25 years of experience in Employee Benefits.

Joe earned a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University.
