Loshini Kailash

Loshini Kailash started their work experience as a Human Resources Assistant at LOLC Development Finance in May 2018 and remained in that role until October 2020. From November 2020 to April 2021, they worked as an Assistant HR Executive at Markspen Group. Following that, they joined UB Finance Company Limited as a Junior Executive in Human Resources in April 2021 and worked until December 2021. Currently, they are working as a Junior Executive in Human Resources at Brown & Company PLC since January 2022.

Loshini Kailash attended the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) from 2020 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Loshini completed the PQHRM program during their time at the institute.
