Sithira Rajapakshe

Sithira Rajapakshe has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2013, they worked as an Engineering Trainee at Laugfs Engineering (Pvt) Limited. The following year, they continued their trainee position as an Engineering Trainee at Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC. In 2016, Sithira joined Macrotech Heavy Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a Mechanical Engineer, where they gained valuable skills in project management, technical expertise, and collaboration. Later that year, they transitioned to Brown & Company PLC, first as the Assistant Manager - Industrial Battery, successfully completing technical assessments and resolving warranty claims. Currently, Sithira holds the position of Senior Manager - Business Development at Brown & Company PLC, where they manage the entire sales cycle and analyzes market trends and competitors.

Sithira Rajapakshe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Peradeniya from 2011 to 2015.
