William Brown (Barry)

William (Barry) Brown is the owner of Brown Construction, a position held since 1997, after joining the family business and transitioning to full-time in 2007 to expand its general construction capabilities. Prior to this, Barry served as the Director of Technical & Construction Services at Cable Alabama Corporation from 1983 to 2007, overseeing over 100 employees and playing a key role in the development of broadband infrastructure. Barry's professional background also includes military service as a Sergeant in the Infantry 11C of the United States Army from 1979 to 1983, where notable achievements included earning the Expert Infantry Badge and serving in various locations such as Hawaii, Korea, and Japan.
