Gita Pensa

Gita Pensa, M.D., is an experienced medical professional currently serving as an Associate Professor and Clinical Educator at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University since September 2022. In addition, Gita Pensa holds the position of Attending Physician in Health and Wellness at Brown University and has been a Managing Editor and Co-Host for the UC Max Podcast at EM:RAP, Inc. since May 2022. Gita Pensa also serves as an Attending Physician with Brown Emergency Medicine since 2014 and has been an Attending Physician at Newport Hospital since 2001. Gita Pensa completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and underwent residency training at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, following a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from Boston University.
