Currently serving as the Organizational Performance & Learning Manager at Brown-Forman, Christie has previously held roles such as Learning and Development Manager at KCC Companies and Operations Learning Specialist at Sazerac Company, where significant initiatives included implementing team member orientation across multiple manufacturing plants. With extensive experience in training and development, Christie founded CLM Business Etiquette Consulting and has served as President & Head Trainer, alongside roles in volunteer services at Norton Healthcare and event management at Churchill Downs Racetrack. Notable contributions also include authoring "Gridiron Belles," a guide for understanding SEC football etiquette.
