Diane Nguyen

Diane Nguyen serves as the EVP Chief People, Places & Communications Officer at Brown-Forman, a role held since May 2008, where Diane leads global people and culture strategies to drive business growth. Previous positions at Brown-Forman include Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Global Commercial & Corporate Teams and VP HR Director for the Global Commercial Organization, among others. Diane's earlier experience includes various HR management roles at Colgate-Palmolive Company from 1998 to 2008. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
