Erica C. Battaglia

Erica C. Battaglia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in category sourcing and production management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Category Sourcing at Brown-Forman since February 2018, Erica oversees the sourcing of Corks, Glass Contingencies, and Global Gift, while managing global procurement for new product development in packaging. Previously, Erica held roles as Manager of Category Sourcing and Senior Packaging Buyer at Brown-Forman, as well as Production Manager at Sears, where oversight included national circular print and digital media. Other notable positions include managing print production at Kellen and The Sherwood Group, and serving as Senior Production Editor at Publications International. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University, along with studies in Italian at Loyola University Chicago’s John Felice Rome Center.
